The purpose of Care-Fit is to revitalize the aged and the disabled in society with access to meaningful activities, while maintaining dignity and safety in order to achieve greater personal fulfillment and empathetic support.

The Non-Profit Care-Fit Association from Japan presents the introduction of its services on August 28th, 2006, at the Homestead Resort in Midway, Utah.

9:30 – 10:30 am Chieko Okazaki, Kigatsuku, “Helping Without Being Asked”: Noted for her remarkable ability to communicate as a speaker and the author of “Lighten Up!”, Chieko will provide unique and inspiring insights into the importance of initiating help when it is needed.
10:30 – 10:45 am Break
10:45 – 12:15 pm Demonstration of what Care-Fit offers

1:15 – 2:30 pm James Christensen, “Art, Imagination, and Thinking Outside the Box”: When was the last time you discovered something wonderful and new? Attend this presentation and “open your mind to the infinite possibilities of a land a little left of reality.” This presentation will be visual and delightful, drawn from Jim’s 30 years of painting and teaching. Jim will talk about the process of creative thinking and ways to expand imagination and communication that can be applied to any discipline. One of his paintings, “The Burden of the Responsible Man”, is depicted on the right.
2:30 – 3:30 pm Demonstration
